25 years old lady presented with the above lesions over the posterior neck region of 5 years duration.The lesions appeared warty or cauliflower-like.
What is it?
?Viral wart.
?Epidermal naevus.

it looks like a common wart. they can develop anywhere on the body (although most likely to be on the hands or soles). they are spread by touch or contact with the skin shed from a wart.
