20 years old gentleman presented with the above slightly painful, pruritic and smelly lesions over the the soles of three days duration. He is a kitchen helper.Fungal scrapping was negative.
What is it?
? Pitted keratolysis as well.
I gave him a course of oral Erythromycin, KMNO4 soak and anti-fungal cream.
